Integrated quality, environmental and health and safety policy
Pacific Direct,s.r.o. established the following principles in all company activities with regard to the specifics of cosmetic products manufacture.
These relate to:
1) Quality of its products, by the means of
- working in such a way that clients of world’s leading luxury hotels would demand toiletries produced by Pacific Direct
- monitoring modern industry trends, utilizing innovative materials and ingredients, manufacturing safe products under good manufacturing and hygiene practices
- having experts in the field on every job position through staff training programme
- educating suppliers to recognize our demand for the highest quality of supplied commodities and materials
2) Company environmental behaviour, by continuously
- minimizing environmental burden especially in the area of raw material treatment, energy usage and technological equipment operation
- preventing from creation of waste and reduction of its production
- support of new technologies in the area of energy savings and use of recycled materials in hotel industry
3) Observance of occupational safety and health protection principles, including fire prevention, especially by the means of
- preventing from accidents and injuries by systematic evaluation of identified risks
- taking advance measures for the case of emergency situations or other serious risk management
- monitoring and improving working environment for company employees
With regard to the above stated declaration, company Pacific Direct pledges to follow all legal requirements relating to cosmetic products, environmental protection as well as requirements concerning risks within the scope of occupational safety and fire prevention.
In this context, the company sets targets and strategies aimed at continuous improvement of its integrated quality system performance.
It educates and motivates all its employees to protect the environment and systematically educates them in the principles of safety and health protection so that these become an every day part of their working activity.
It openly communicates with the public, local and government authorities, as well as with its customers and suppliers in all matters related to the environment and occupational safety.
The management of the company is committed to adhering to the integrated quality, environmental and health and safety policy.
