The Czech factory was established in 1993 by Martin Samek. In 1997 Pacific Direct bought a controlling share in the company and has since grown the factory into a specialised global supplier of luxury hotel toiletries.

The factory is located approximately 120 kilometres east of Prague in the small town of Holice, and employs fifty factory staff and ten office personnel (Administration, Logistics and Sales).

The factory is split into 2 main areas of manufacturing:

A) Blow moulding of plastic bottles (PE, PP & PETG)
B) Liquid filling of toiletries (15 ml - 300 ml.)

Current production capacity is assembly of more than 40 million bottles and liquid fill of 50 million bottles and tubes per annum. With spare capacity in terms of space and machines, there is further potential to increase output. The factory has an in-house laboratory, overseen by a full-time qualified chemist with more than 10 years experience in the retail industry.

Stringent quality control procedures are in place at all stages of production, from blow moulding of bottles, through to complete filled bottles and tubes. All liquid products are batch coded, fully traceable and made using the finest base ingredients and fragrances from Europe.

The factory currently exports 85% of its production.
