The objectives of our specialist Sales Managers is to provide an unrivalled consultancy service in order to supply the true needs of our clients.
Each Sales Manager is supported by an Account Manager, who is
available on a consultative basis specialising in any given
geographical area. These are Pacific Direct team members with one
key role, servicing the customer to world-class standards in
accordance with globally contracted terms.
Our aim is to contact all hotels with customised contracts on a
regular basis to advise on stocks, orders and call off levels. This
allows us to ensure that any change in usage volumes is accounted
for, allowing for extra production and shipping time to
customer.
