Always look for industry certification to back up claims of
organic ingredients - look for the mark of Ecocert, Soil
Association and other regional regulators.
Global Consumer research company Mintel reports that 2009 trends to
watch include 'Austerity Chic' where consumers are demanding real
accountable value for money. And 'Extreme Ethical' which
demonstrates that "sustainability has become a deeply held
sentiment".
