New Improved Laboratory Meets Luxury Customers Demands
WE are proud to announce that in May 2008 our factory in the Czech Republic opened the renovated in-house laboratory, which will support the company's new product development activities for our luxury hospitality, airlines and retail clients.
By refurbishing the previous laboratory and adding a new piece of state - of - the art equipment we have increased the overall capacity of the lab, as well as augmented the quality control of incoming raw materials and outgoing finished products.
Our professional team of specialists are thrilled with their enhanced working environment and are eagerly looking forward to taking advantage of the modern technological equipment available. New and invaluable additions include: high-tech infrared drying scales that weigh the dry content or moisture in the ingredients, a high-speed adjustable mixer and a rotary viscosimeter, which ensures the ideal viscosity of all toiletries.
The improvements to our laboratory will not only benefit our New Product Development team, but our customers will reap the rewards as well. In the future, Pacific Direct looks forward to meeting your demands on a larger scale and in an even more sophisticated way.
